Please do not contact the Board Members at their homes or on their phones.

ETCA was founded for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of the East Torresdale section of Philadelphia.

The ETCA geographic boundaries are Academy exit of I95 at Frankford Avenue on a perpendicular line east to the Delaware River, on the north by the Poquessing Creek, on the west by Frankford Avenue to also include the 3900 block of Fitler St., the 3900 block of Eden St., the 3900 block of Grant Ave., the 9600 block of Frankford Ave. and the 9600 block of Leon St.

The ETCA Executive Board, serving as Volunteers, meets on your behalf bi-monthly a minimum of 24 times a year and attends Public Hearings when called upon. You are represented as a group with your elected Government Officials in the U.S. Congress, the Pennsylvania State Senate and Legislature, the City Council of Philadelphia, and the various Departments of City Government. You are also represented on the 8th Police District Advisory Board and Town Watch. All pending legislation in the City and State that may affect you, the working taxpayer or retiree, is reviewed.

Your Executive Board has an Education Chairperson, Legislative Chairperson, Street, Highways and Parks Chairperson, Recreation Chairperson, Zoning Chairperson and Health and Welfare Chairperson.

How can you beat this type of representation for $7.00 a year per person, or $10.00 a year per family, plus you will receive a monthly newsletter and any special alert newsletters.
