Interfaith Hospitality Network

This Association of volunteers helps the homeless on a short term basis by providing temporary shelter for the families as well as meals. They have been in existence for 20 + years and have mainly done service in West Mt Airy. However, they have a growing population of Northeast residents seeking assistance so they have made an appeal to churches, other benevolent organizations as well as individuals to assist in this growing problem. Many of their clients are newly impoverished due to this stagnant economy.
